Capacity to act
We discuss our customer's capacity to act and then create the assessor profile. This lays the foundations for a purposeful assessment.
Focus
We discuss the development of our customer's company and requirement profile while taking their corporate situation into account. The required assessment concept is then drawn up.
Design
The main factors of the assessment types are defined in the design phase. We then determine the best possible instrument mix on this basis.
Implementation
The participants must be able to prepare themselves according to assessment design. ime takes on all organizational tasks.
Feedback
Serious feedback is fundamental for the effectiveness and benefits gained by an assessment. The participants get a short feedback at the end of the assessment. After the definite feedback report has been prepared, the participants take part in a detailed and structured feedback discussion. The assessment is also discussed with the customer using the report.
Development Priorities
An assessment always creates the scenario for personnel or professional development. We demonstrate contingent measures and priorities.
Management Consulting

Objective:
Adaptation of our exercise concepts to suit our customers' situation. Assessment of the participants based on customer-specific capabilities and criteria for action, including the creation of a customer-focused exercise system.
