In contrast to an assessment, only specific components of a person's capability are analysed in a skills inventory. The skills inventory focuses on questions still open for the client.   They receive answers to their questions a few hours after the skills inventory has been concluded. We can supervise a maximum of 3 candidates in parallel workshops and guarantee them absolute discretion.
